Growth Compass Dashboard — Terms of Service
Version 1.0 — Effective Date: Upon Acceptance

These Dashboard Terms of Service ("Dashboard TOS") govern your access to and use of the Growth Compass administrative dashboard (the "Dashboard"). These terms supplement and are subject to the SaaS Subscription Agreement and Data Processing Agreement (Exhibit A) between your organization ("Client") and Growth Compass LLC ("Provider"). In the event of conflict, the order of precedence is: Data Processing Agreement, Subscription Agreement, then these Dashboard TOS.

1. Dashboard Access

1.1 Authorized Users. Dashboard access is limited to individuals authorized by Client ("Authorized Users"). Client is responsible for managing which individuals within its organization have access credentials and for ensuring each Authorized User accepts these Dashboard TOS before use.

1.2 Account Security. Each Authorized User must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Client will promptly notify Provider of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach involving Dashboard credentials. Provider is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of Client's credentials.

1.3 Session Management. Dashboard sessions may be subject to inactivity timeouts and other security controls implemented by Provider. Provider may revoke or suspend access at any time if required to maintain platform security or integrity.

2. Tenant Isolation

2.1 Data Visibility. The Dashboard displays assessment data from Client's instance only. Client will not see, access, or be able to query data belonging to other clients of the Growth Compass platform.

2.2 Logical Separation. Provider implements logical data isolation at the application layer to ensure each client's data is segregated. All Dashboard queries are scoped to Client's tenant identifier.

3. Platform-Level Access

3.1 Provider Administrative Access. Client acknowledges that Provider maintains super-admin access to the Growth Compass platform, including the ability to view assessment data across all client instances. This access is used solely for the purposes described in the Data Processing Agreement: platform operations, technical support, security monitoring, product improvement, and audit compliance.

3.2 Audit Logging. All super-admin access to Client's assessment data is logged. Each log entry records: the identity of the administrator, the timestamp of access, the action performed, and the specific client instance accessed. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of twelve (12) months and are available to Client upon reasonable written request as described in the Data Processing Agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 When using the Dashboard, Authorized Users shall not:

a. Attempt to access data belonging to other clients of the platform;

b. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, scoring algorithms, or recommendation logic of the Dashboard or underlying Service;

c. Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, scripts) to extract data from the Dashboard beyond the export functionality provided;

d. Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals or allow third parties to access the Dashboard through Client's account;

e. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Dashboard or its underlying infrastructure;

f. Use the Dashboard or any data obtained through it in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.

5. Data Export

5.1 Export Rights. Client may export assessment data from the Dashboard in CSV format through the export functionality provided. Exported data becomes Client's responsibility with respect to storage, security, and compliance with applicable data protection requirements.

5.2 Scope. Exports are limited to Client's own assessment data. Generated scores and recommendations produced by Provider's algorithms are included in exports for Client's business use but remain the intellectual property of Provider.

6. Dashboard Availability & Changes

6.1 Availability. Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Dashboard availability consistent with the uptime commitment in the Subscription Agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when practicable.

6.2 Feature Changes. The Dashboard is under active development. Provider may add, modify, or remove features at its discretion. Material changes to core functionality (data display, export, reporting) will be communicated to Client in advance. Beta features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The Dashboard, including its design, layout, scoring displays, report formats, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Growth Compass LLC. Nothing in these Dashboard TOS grants Client any ownership interest in the Dashboard or its technology. Client's right to use the Dashboard is limited to the subscription term and is subject to the terms of the Subscription Agreement.

8. Termination of Access

8.1 Dashboard access terminates automatically upon expiration or termination of the Subscription Agreement. Provider may also suspend Dashboard access immediately if: (a) Client breaches these Dashboard TOS; (b) Provider detects unauthorized access or a security threat; or (c) suspension is required to protect the platform or other clients. Provider will notify Client promptly in the event of suspension and will restore access once the issue is resolved, unless termination of the Subscription Agreement has occurred.

9. Updates to These Terms

9.1 Provider may update these Dashboard TOS from time to time. If the terms are updated, Authorized Users will be required to review and accept the updated version upon their next login before accessing the Dashboard. Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
